It was smooth, easy and straight forward to deal with this company. They recently installed a couple of windows in my house which I'm quite pleased with. Called for a free estimate and the estimator came out to present her window sample as well as take measurements. There was room for haggling on the final price of the windows. Flash forward a week later, another person comes to retake measurements down to an eighth of an inch of the window size. All windows are custom made (retro fitted) in their Anaheim factory so they do not have to cut into the original framework of the house which lessens the chance of future leaks. 3 weeks from the time of the first estimate is when the windows were installed. 5 windows took about 3.5 hours from start to finish. The two installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The only detail they left out was not having any shoe covers when walking through the house. Windows come with a lifetime warranty. They slide open and shut very easily. The people we dealt with at this company were pleasant. I would definately recommend them to family and friends.
